"Repent, Harlequin!" -Said the Tic-Toc Man

After the hurt of Etta's loss, Peter has snapped. He was warned, to dig "two graves" before going on any mission of revenge. Indeed, he is now operating in unknown territory.

Walter however, is more like the Walter we know. Slightly addled, he digs out the next tape - And goes it alone to find what he needs to find.

But what is left of Fringe Division should not venture out into the open so visibly, and he is seen going into a wrecked building by the magic Observer Eye that leads into Windmark's Office.

This episode once again mentions the mysterious " Donald" who had gone to The Recordist's Camp in S5E3. Apparently he and Walter had hidden something in the building.

On an upper floor of the building is in fact a "pocket universe" Walter had set up - An area where time moves more slowly than on the outside. Perfect for hiding things meant to be picked up when "The Plan to Defeat The Observers" was to go into effect. When walter goes in, he meets a man who had been in there for 20 years regular time, but only a few days objective time. The man does not know that 20 years have passed on the outside. And of course, Walter has no clue of what he is looking for.

Peter, Olivia and Astrid follow Walter, and bring the video camera with the tape in it. The tape had gone blank at a specific point, where Walter enters the Pocket. Peter seems to find the entry to The Pocket almost immediately- And the portion of tape which was blank is now blank no longer - And there are further instructions.

When Peter and Olivia regroup with Walter, they find what was hidden there. This episode connects to S1E15 "Inner Child" - So we get a possible explanation of events in that first season episode.

But what they were looking for is no longer there - Instead, Olivia finds an old transistor radio that has been locked to a specific frequency.

But before they can leave with their prize, The Observers come and they have to fight it out, once again they need to use the "Bell Fast Pistol" - Which does not work in the pocket, but does when leaving the pocket - Especially if fired first while IN the pocket. Olivia finds this handy.

As they leave, Peter sends the rest ahead to the bus, and stays behind to fight off the remaining observers- With his new-found abilities.

The question left at the end of "An Origin Story" is how will the Observer tech affect Peter? At least in this episode, those effects are not overtly pronounced. But Peter is once again hiding something, and Olivia knows it.

But we have this name: Donald. Who is he, where is he, the Recordist has said that he was taken away by Observers. Plenty of Questions arise. We even "see" Donald, for an instant, but not his face.

As Peter exists in this universe, which we assume is still the "Orange Fringe 'Verse" - So also does something else from the original "Blue" 'verse find it's way into this story and this fabric of reality.

Peter gets back to the Bus "on time" and we know how. He is still able to comfort Walter and act as Anchor - But for how much longer?
